All users must conduct themselves honestly, responsibly, and lawfully while using the smg4 platform. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems or services, including hacking, manipulation, or fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a legally actionable offense.
Harassment, abusive language, or harmful behavior directed at other users is strictly prohibited. smg4's services must not be used for any unlawful activity. If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it to our support team immediately.
All content on the smg4 platform — including images, text, logos, and designs — is protected by smg4's intellectual property rights and may not be published, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes by any third party without prior authorization.
All transactions on the smg4 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must follow the methods specified on the platform, and transactions through unapproved payment channels will not be accepted. Users may only transact using a payment account registered in their own name.
Withdrawals are processed within the designated timeframe once verification is complete. smg4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any payment processing if fraudulent activity is suspected, and funds may be held until the review is concluded.

Smg4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, harassing other users, or attempting to compromise platform security.
Upon account closure, any legitimate and verified funds will be refunded in accordance with our standard policy. However, funds in accounts closed due to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team.
Smg4 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of publication. Users will be notified of significant changes wherever reasonably possible. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be settled in Bangladeshi courts.
